  • Order Processing: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details once the package has been shipped.

  • Delivery Areas: We deliver across South Africa.

  • Delivery Fees: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on product weight and destination.

If there are any unexpected delays, our support team will notify you immediately.

 


Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you can request a return or exchange.

  • Return Period: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Items must be in their original packaging and unused.

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 -10 business days.
